Send every lead where you work

Set a webhook URL per calculator. Each submission is posted as JSON — contact details plus the calculation — to HighLevel, Zapier, Make, n8n or your own endpoint.

How it works

5 steps, start to finish

  1. Create an inbound hook

In HighLevel, Zapier or Make, create an inbound webhook trigger and copy its URL.

  2. Paste it on the calculator

In the customizer, add the URL to that calculator’s settings and save.

  3. Send a test lead

Submit the calculator once so your automation tool can see the field structure.

  4. Map the fields

Map name, email, phone and the calculation values to your CRM fields.

  5. Automate follow-up

Trigger texts, emails, tasks or pipeline moves from the lead.

The details

What you get with webhooks & integrations

  • Per-calculator routing

Send FHA leads to one pipeline and seller net sheets to another.

  • Structured JSON

Contact fields and the calculation’s inputs and results arrive as data you can map.

  • Fail-safe

Lead saved first; forwarding problems never block the visitor.

  • REST API

Token-authenticated API v1 for contacts and saved filters.

  • Works with no-code tools

HighLevel, Zapier, Make and n8n all accept inbound webhooks.

  • Agency-friendly

Each client’s calculators can point at that client’s sub-account.

FAQ

Webhooks & integrations: your questions

Straight answers about webhooks & integrations — plans, limits and how it behaves.

Still stuck? Ask the team — we reply within one business day.

Q.01Which plans include webhooks?
Pro and Business. The Free plan captures leads into the built-in CRM but does not forward them.
Q.02Does CalcFunnel integrate with GoHighLevel?
Yes, through HighLevel’s inbound webhook trigger. Paste the trigger URL into the calculator’s settings, submit a test lead and map the fields. Our step-by-step guide walks through it.
Q.03Can I send leads to Zapier or Make?
Yes. Both accept inbound webhooks (“Webhooks by Zapier” — Catch Hook, and Make’s custom webhook). From there you can reach thousands of apps.
Q.04What does the webhook payload contain?
The lead’s contact fields, the calculator it came from and the inputs and results of the calculation. Send one test lead and inspect it in your automation tool before mapping.
Q.05What happens if my endpoint is down?
The lead is still saved in your CalcFunnel CRM and the visitor still sees success. Forwarding is best-effort, so check your CRM if an automation seems quiet.
Q.06Can different calculators use different webhooks?
Yes — the webhook is set per calculator, per workspace.
Q.07Is there an API for developers?
Yes. REST API v1 uses token authentication and covers contacts and saved filters, with rate limits that depend on your plan.
Q.08Do you have native Salesforce or HubSpot apps?
Not today. Use a webhook into Zapier or Make, or into your own middleware, to reach them.
