Calculator lead capture with the numbers attached
An inline lead form sits under the results. When a visitor submits, CalcFunnel saves their details together with every input and result, deduplicates them against your existing contacts and forwards the lead wherever you want it.
How it works
5 steps, start to finish
Choose the action
In the customizer’s Action tab pick “Lead form” (or Get a Quote, Share, or a plain CTA button that links anywhere).
Pick the fields
First name, last name, phone, email, notes and a consent checkbox are available. Rename the title, caption and button.
Visitor calculates, then submits
Results update as they type. The form sends their details plus every number they saw.
Deduplicated into your CRM
CalcFunnel looks for an existing contact by email, then phone. New people become new leads; returning people get the new calculation appended to their history.
Forwarded by webhook
If a webhook URL is set for that calculator, the lead is posted there too. A webhook failure never blocks capture — the lead is already saved.
The details
What you get with lead capture
Full calculation history
Every submission appends inputs and results to the contact’s Calculator tab, so you can see that a lead ran the FHA calculator at $385,000 before calling them.
Deduplication that respects your data
Matching by email first and phone second stops the same buyer becoming five contacts because they tried five calculators.
Source attribution
New leads are tagged with the calculator’s name as their source, so reporting shows which calculators produce conversations.
Consent field built in
A consent checkbox is one of the default fields. You write the wording your compliance team approves.
Never breaks on a bad webhook
Capture completes first; forwarding is best-effort. A slow or failing endpoint can’t cost you the lead.
English or Spanish
The form, labels and messages follow the calculator’s language setting.
CalcFunnel lead form vs generic website form

|---|---|---|
| Knows what the visitor calculated | Yes — every input and result | No |
| Deduplicates contacts | By email, then phone | Usually not |
| Tags the source calculator | Automatically | Manual UTM set-up |
| Forwards to your CRM | Per-calculator webhook | Depends on the plugin |
