What you can ask for

• Access — the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction — fix anything inaccurate.
• Deletion — erase your information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Portability — a copy in a common format.
• Opt-out confirmation — we don’t sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals.

How to make a request

Email privacy@calcfunnel.com with the subject “Privacy request”, the type of request and the email address associated with you. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with signed permission.

Verification

We’ll confirm your identity by matching the information you provide to what we hold — usually by replying to the email address on record. We may ask for more information if needed, and we’ll only use it for verification.

Timing

We’ll acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, or tell you if we need an extension as permitted by law.

If you used a calculator on another website

Leads captured by calculators on our customers’ websites are controlled by those customers. Contact the business whose website you used. If you contact us, we’ll pass your request to them where we can identify them.

Appeals

If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our decision. California residents may also contact the California Privacy Protection Agency.
